Votisa always try our best to meet the demands of all the customers. Whenever a dispute comes up , please don't worry, we are willing to handle it properly with you.

Item not as described

You are encouraged to open the parcel to check the item once it is delivered to your house. You should contact us within 15 days if the item not as described.we could exchange new hair for you free and pay for the shipping fee, if you are not contact with us in 15 days, the policy will be out of operation.

Return/refund for no reasons


If you want to return an item without any quality problem or exchange within 15 days once it is received, please send an email to this email address with your order number entitled:votisahair@outlook.com
we will offer you the return address. But you are supposed to pay the shipping fee and the price difference.

Return/refund for quality problem

Please send us an email with your order number entitled if the item you received has any quality problem. such as: wrong color, wrong size, wrong style, and so on. It will be more persuasive if you attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information and a picture of the item you received in the email.
We will look into the case once we receive your email, then offer you some solutions.

Exchange same hair as quality problem

we promise exchange new same hair if any quality problems, please contact with votisahair@outlook.com and describe your issue, we will send you return address, please ship it back, then we will ship exchange new hair to you. Please don't return the package without contact with us because we have to confirm your problems before.

Exchange hair as do not like

we could exchange the same price and other style hair for you as you don't like, but please pay for the shipping fee.
